Cbank not to resume stock trade on Moscow Exchange on Friday

MOSCOW, Mar 11 (PRIME) -- Russia’s central bank has decided against resuming the stock trade on the Moscow Exchange on Friday, the regulator said in a statement late on Thursday.

Only negotiated buyback deals with settlements in rubles will be open for trade on the equity market. The derivatives market will be open for trade. The market of futures for stock market instruments will be open for sales upon target bids. The foreign exchange, money and repo markets will be open from 10:00 a.m. through 6:45 p.m. Moscow time.

The central bank plans to announce the Moscow Exchange’s trade mode for March 14 no later than on 9.00 a.m. Moscow time the same day.
